Besides working with the Board of Directors and attending to numerous association duties, which are necessary functions of a professional association company, we also provide many services for our permanent and second homeowners.
Our Services:
*Weekly and or monthly bookkeeping responsibilities including checking Association mailbox daily, entering and paying all bills, reconciling Association bank accounts, collecting and processing of membership dues.
*Maintain electronic accounting files to ensure efficient tax return preparation with Association CPA.
*Assist Association Board with development and management of the annual operating and reserve budget.
*Attend, assist and maintain minutes on file of all Association meetings.
*24/7 on call status for emergencies related to the building and Association property.
* Monitoring and weekly visual inspection of building, property, landscaping, meters, propane levels and access path, dumpster, recycle bins, nests, snow removal monitoring, ice dams, lighting, crawl spaces, parking, etc.
*Coordinate maintenance and repair with established subcontractors.
